Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or the identity of another person, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited. If you believe you have duplicate accounts due to a technical error, you must contact jjjt support immediately.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment method details submitted for verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the jjjt Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to your specific location. jjjt does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your jjjt account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jjjt support immediately. jjjt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjjt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim. jjjt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether jjjt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jjjt's operating jurisdiction.
